Visiting the Dispensary

What do I need to visit FiSci Dispensary?

Anytime you visit FiSci Dispensary, you will need the following availably physically or digitally:

  1. State I.D., Driver's License, or Passport that was used to register with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry
  2. Active OMMCP card
On your first visit, you will need to complete a brief New Patient Intake Form so that we can create a patient profile. The New Patient Intake Form only needs to be filled out once at the first visit.

What forms of payment can I use?

You have two options of payment at FiSci Dispensary:

  1. Cash; we do have an ATM available in the dispensary ($3.50 fee)
  2. Paytender; a cashless payment option that allows patients two convenient ways to pay:
    1. Debit Card — use your debit card like you normally would!
    2. Wallet —transfer money directly from your bank account into a pre-loaded wallet to stay on budget!
*Due to federal regulations, we are unable to accept any credit cards.*

Do you offer veteran and indigent discounts?

Yes we do! Both Veteran and Indigent status patients receive 20% of all purchases! We offer additional discounts and promotions that can be combined with the 20% veteran/indigent discount for applicable patients.

Do I need to make an appointment?

You do not need to make an appointment - stop by anytime during business hours! If you would prefer to take advantage of our Curbside Pickup service, simply order online and park in our dedicated Curbside Pickup parking section. You can also schedule a Private Consultation with our on-staff pharmacist that can be done virtually or at FiSci Dispensary.

How often can I visit the dispensary?

You can visit as many times as you would like! Due to COVID precautions, we do advise trying to limit the amount of trips that you take; but ultimately, you are always welcome at FiSci Dispensary! The OMMCP does limit the amount of products that a patient can purchase during a 45-day window.

If I am a registered caregiver, does the patient need to be with me?

No they do not! We understand that caregivers are designed to ease patient experience, and as such as a registered caregiver you can go to FiSci Dispensary and pick-up for your patient without the patient needing to accompany the trip. You will need the following:

  1. Caregiver's State I.D., Driver's License, or Passport
  2. Caregiver's Active OMMCP Caregiver Card
  3. Patient's State I.D., Driver's License, or Passport
  4. Patient's Active OMMCP Card
Note: the caregiver profile must be connected to the patient's account in the medical marijuana registry.

Can I bring a friend / family member with me?

While we would love to welcome all, we also want to be courteous and thoughtful to our patients and caregivers. For this reason, we request that - if you will be bringing a guest - please reach out prior so that we can anticipate social distancing.
