What do I need to visit Firelands Scientific Dispensary?Anytime you visit FiSci Dispensary, you will need the following availably physically or digitally: State I.D., Driver's License, or Passport that was used to register with the Ohio Medical Marijuana Registry Active OMMCP card On your first visit, you will need to complete a brief New Patient Intake Form so that we can create a patient profile; you can complete the New Patient Intake Form prior to your first visit by clicking here. Note: The New Patient Intake Form only needs to be filled out once at the first visit.

What forms of payment can I use?You have two options of payment at FiSci Dispensary: Cash; we do have an ATM available in the dispensary ($3.50 fee) Paytender; a cashless payment option that allows patients two convenient ways to pay: Debit Card — use your debit card like you normally would! transfer money directly from your bank account into a pre-loaded wallet to stay on budget! Do you offer veteran and indigent discounts?Yes we do! Both Veteran and Indigent status patients receive 20% of all purchases! We offer additional discounts and promotions that can be stacked with the 20% veteran/indigent discount for applicable patients. Click here to view our Promotions Calendar.

Do I need to make an appointment?You do not need to make an appointment - stop by anytime during business hours! If you would prefer to take advantage of our Curbside Pickup service, simply order online and park in our dedicated Curbside Pickup parking section. You can also schedule a Private Consultation with our on-staff pharmacist that can be done virtually or at FiSci Dispensary.

How often can I visit the dispensary?You can visit as many times as you would like! Due to COVID precautions, we do advise trying to limit the amount of trips that you take; but ultimately, you are always welcome at Firelands Scientific Dispensary. The OMMCP does limit the amount of products that a patient can purchase during a 45-day window. Click here to look at the purchasing limits set in Ohio.

If I am a registered caregiver, does the patient need to be with me?"No they do not. We understand that caregivers are designed to ease patient experience, and as such as a registered caregiver you can go to Firelands Scientific Dispensary and pick-up for your patient without the patient needing to accompany the trip. You will need the following: Caregiver's State I.D., Driver's License, or Passport Caregiver's Active OMMCP Caregiver Card Patient's State I.D., Driver's License, or Passport Patient's Active OMMCP Card Note: the caregiver profile must be connected to the patient's account in the medical marijuana registry.

Can I bring a friend / family member with me?While we would love to welcome all, we also want to be courteous and thoughtful to our patients and caregivers. For this reason, we request that - if you will be bringing a guest - please reach out prior at (419-616-5112) so that we can anticipate social distancing.

I believe I received wrong / bad product, what do I do?"At the time of purchase, your Patient Care Representative should verify with you each of the individual items that you have purchased by showing you the item and reading the label. If you believe there has been a mistake in dispensing, you can contact Firelands Scientific Dispensary by calling (419-616-5112) or by sending a message through our Contact page.

Do you offer delivery?Ohio's medical cannabis program does not allow for delivery, however, we offer the following solutions: Registered caregivers are able to go to the dispensary and purchase without the patient needing to be there physically. We offer Ohio's only dedicated Curbside Pickup that allows patients to pre-order and finalize the transaction from the comfort of their own car / mode of transportation.

How do I get my card?The Ohio Medical Board has approved the use of medical cannabis to help treat and alleviate the symptoms associated with a variety of medical conditions and ailments. In total, there are currently 22 conditions eligible for treatment with medical cannabis in Ohio. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) AIDS Alzheimer's Disease Cachexia, wasting syndrome Cancer Chronic Pain Crohn’s Disease Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) Epilepsy (seizures) Fibromyalgia Glaucoma HIV Hepatitis C Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Multiple Sclerosis Parkinson’s Disease Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Sickle Cell Anemia Spinal Cord Injury Tourette Syndrome Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Ulcerative Colitis Steps: Visit a certified physician who can confirm that you have one of the medical conditions that qualify for medical marijuana and have the physician create your profile in the Patient & Caregiver Registry. Confirm and complete your registration for the program through the Patient & Caregiver Registry. Once your profile is created, visit Firelands Scientific Dispensary to purchase medical cannabis products. I have a medical card from another state, can I purchase at Ohio dispensaries?"At this time, Ohio does not have any agreements of reciprocity with other states. Firelands Scientific Dispensary can only accept Ohio patients with active MMCP registrations.
